On July 24, 2018, a robbery occurred at the TD Bank located at 1505 Guelph Line in Burlington.
A male approached from the south using the south entrance to enter the bank. The male attended the waiting area and waited for the business line to empty. Once the male approached the teller, he handed them a note advising that this is a robbery and he will harm them if they do not cooperate. The teller handed him an undisclosed amount of money.
The man is described as a white male, 40-50 years of age, slim build wearing black pants, dark sunglasses and a black Blue Jays hat. The male spoke with a lower, raspy voice.
No one was injured as a result of this robbery.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed this robbery or recognizes the male in the photo to contact Burlington Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4747 ext. 2316.
