Fugitive Friday Week #52



It is week #52 of our Fugitive Friday initiative wherein the Halton Regional Police Service reaches out to the public to help locate wanted persons and hold them accountable for their actions.

There are numerous people who continue to evade police and the court system and live out in our communities while having a warrant for their arrest in place.

Every Friday, Halton Regional Police Service’s Offender Management Unit will share information on a wanted person in hopes that members of the public can assist in locating the individual.

We will share Fugitive Friday information on our website and via social media (i.e. Twitter and Facebook).

In this final 2016 edition of Fugitive Friday for 2016 the 3 District, Burlington Offender Management Unit is searching for Mohamed OZOR, 22 years, of Quebec.

It is alleged:

- In April of 2016 OZOR committed three commercial break and enters on the North Service Road in Burlington.
- During one of the break and enters an alarm was activated and police responded.
- Police arrived and OZOR was arrested inside the commercial premise. 
- OZOR was on probation at the time of the offences.
- OZOR was charged with Break and Enter, Failing to Comply with Probation, and Obstruct Police Officer.  
- OZOR has since failed to appear to court in answer to the charges.
- OZOR’s whereabouts are unknown at this time.  
- A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

He is now wanted by Halton Regional Police Service for:
Break and Enter – 3 counts
Obstruct Police Officer
Fail to Comply with Probation
Fail to Appear in Court

He is also wanted in Toronto for Break and Enter – 6 counts.

He is currently on charge in the province of Quebec for 13 counts of Break and Enter.

OZOR is described as 5’11”, 220 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.

OZOR is known to frequent Montreal, Burlington, Toronto and the surrounding areas.
