It is week #4 of our Fugitive Friday initiative wherein the Halton Regional Police Service reaches out to the public to help locate wanted persons and hold them accountable for their actions.

There are numerous people who continue to evade police and the court system and live out in our communitie

Every Friday, Halton Regional Police Service’s Offender Management Unit will share information on a wanted person in hopes that members of the public can assist in locating the individual.

Fugitive Friday information is publicized on our website and via social media (i.e. Twitter and Facebook).

In this edition of Fugitive Friday the 2 District, Offender Management Unit is searching for Fernando Ferreira 43 years of Oakville ON.
It is alleged:

- In 2014 Ferreira was convicted of Theft Under $5000 and Fail to Comply with his Undertaking.
- He was sentenced and placed on a Probation order and has since failed to Comply with the order several times.
- The accused’s whereabouts are unknown and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

He is now wanted by Halton Regional Police Service for:
Failing to Comply with Probation order (5 counts)

Ferreira is described as 5’6”, 175 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. Ferreira is known to frequent the areas of Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Mississauga, Brampton and Toronto.
