On Wednesday, Januaray 24, Crime Stoppers of Halton kicked off their 31st year in Halton with a Crime Stoppers Month event at Halton Police Headquarters in Oakville.

This year Crime Stoppers is encouraging you to "Say It Here". Everyone that knows something about crime in their community can "Say It Here" by calling 1-800-222-TIPS or submitting a tip via our secure website.

Say It Here

The evening featured local supporters, community partners, politicians and representatives from Halton Regional Police Service.  Jan Westcott, chair for the Board of Directors at Crime Stoppers of Halton, was the master of ceremonies for the evening. We are thankful to Deputy Chief Duraiappah for speaking on behalf of the Halton Police service and to Nick Olchowy for his words on the partnership between Crime Stoppers programs and CHCH TV.

Crime Stoppers would like to thank all the evening's attendees, including our volunteers and community partners!
